What to expect
A brief introduction to the purpose and premise of meditation, so everyone can begin their meditation with confidence.
A guided visualization meditation to identify and release - or “throw away” - stressful, negative, and burdensome recurring thoughts.
Q&A and discussion to clarify any points and encourage one another!
Ivy started meditating in 2004 and has been guiding meditation classes for 5 years in Cape Town, SA.
She likes traveling and says that this meditation is like a direct flight for her to find her true self and the meaning of life.
She states that the real healing is by Nature, which exists within you.
"Our dream is to help people live without anxiety, pain, and burdens and live happily with a mind like a clear sky.
Meditate to oxygenate your mind and body and you will breathe like a baby naturally."
Mason, meditation practitioner at Addis Ababa Meditation centre, has been practicing this meditation for more than 10 years. He has been guiding many people in South Korea, America and Ethiopia. Currently, he is hosting the African online meditation "Finding Hope Within" class on Saturdays. His goal is to help the world to live a life free of stress and conflict and one of peace and coexistence. He hopes for many people to become complete and live as their true selves with true peace and happiness through this practice.
